What is the best way to deal with it?  It seems that every once in a while I end up with something ‘on my plate’ that sends me spiraling down… and I bounce around the bottom for a couple days… (or so) and then I end up realizing that the stress I’m dealing with is small compared to what others deal with.  Now, how to hardwire the last part so it comes first…?



  1. Offhand, I’d say a good way to deal with stress is to drive 300 miles down any given highway, let’s say 99 for the sake of argument, then play a rousing tabletop roleplaying game with some random friend who just happens to live at the end of that 300 miles.

    I hear it’s also great for aching knee joints.
